Additional 25.00 resort fee per day and difficulty with check-in.

I had back to back reservations which the front desk had difficulty with. The rooms were small and the bathroom were even smaller, although they were clean and the beds were comfortable. The public areas of the hotel were in excellent condition and made the whole experience worth the toll road to the hotel.

The location is great, the food is good.
The beach service is snail slow. Worst beach service we have had. We gave up and ate at the pool everyday. They also do not clean the beach.

I think the hotel is nice. I think their location is great being right on the beach. They need to focus more on that aspect. The beach needs to be raked at night including under the chairs. There is too much garbage etc. in the sand.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was polite and very helpful.
They tacked on a $22.00 a day surcharge that was not mentioned until check out. I disputed the charge but the front office clerk refused to remove.

The bathroom was too small.

We had a king size bed and the bedding was very elegant. Beautiful decorating. The bathroom was very nice but small. Beautiful large 42 inch flat screen TV. The shops were nice and the location on the Gulf was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool area and the beach.
