Were assigned to a room with a carpet cleaning van directly in front of the patio door, horribly noisy.

This is a very nice hotel, however, we were assigned to the worst location in the hotel. Hotel staff was indifferent to our complaints.

Run down, poor staff, broken things in room ,and the staff does not care to hear about.

The hotel had a large pool which we enjoyed very much.
We ate at the restaurant but we were disappointed with the price.

This hotel was great but the location was a bite farther then we wanted to drive. Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable.

Rooms were clean but needs updating. Needs a microwave in room.

Enjoyed my stay. The rooms looked a little old but were clean.

The customer service was amazing.
The pool was freezing.

The staff was super friendly. We had to check in over an hour early and they were more than happy to accommodate us. Since this was a nice resort we were worried that the staff might be snooty, but they were not at all! Very impressed!

Great atmosphere.
The bed was one of the worst I've ever slept in.

The hotel itself was beautiful, luxurious, well-located. The room was fine, good view. The bed was most uncomfortable - I would not want to stay there again.

I liked the size and comfort of the rooms. Good atmosphere.
I did not like that it was a smoke-free property.

The hotel was very nice. Grounds were perfectly manicured. Lots of flowers, palm trees and ponds with fountains. Ducks roamed the property and came right up to your feet! The hotel lobby was clean and neat. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were large and had comfortable beds. Nice place to stay!
