Food only.
Room was dirty. Hotel staff did not even had map of area. Not friendly staff. Could not even give us the rickets for the tourist location as mentioned.


We stayed in this hotel. There are 2 ways to get here one via Interlaken and other is take small road. We did not know about it. Getting here was very difficult. We lost our way. Also in the room comforter were dirty. Towels had stains. No water bottle or no glasses for water. There wasn't even a fan there. We got room on 1st floor. It was so risky to even open the window as it was opening on the road. Hotel brochure says that they would have tickets for Jungfrau till Oct 1st. Hotel staff could not even give those to us. They asked us to go to the rail station. Hotel staff did not even have any area map. It is expected that if it is a hotel at tourist location they atleast carry area map. read more
