Bathroom looks like still being remodeled (marking for drill,etc)

Over all, this is good hotel if you are business traveler. Free wired Internet connection is plus since this hotel used to charge guests $10/day. Sound insulation is not good. Your can hear next door clearly. In bathroom, especially, shower head and tab are old. The bathroom wall tiles look like still getting face-lift. I see some markings for drilling.
