Staff in the front desk (registration) are courteous and helpful.
The first room assigned to us had a clogged bathtub drain.

We stayed because there was a dinner/dance that Saturday night. The party room was large enough to accommodate 300 people. Very relaxing ambiance.

Friendly staff.
Tub filled up when taking a shower.

Pretty typical for large hotels with the economy in this downturn. Room was adequate, but not overly anything. Bed was comfortable; bathroom not vented, so don't shave after your shower. Can't see a thing in the mirror.

Staff very friendly and courtious. Chocolate chip cookes were delicious.

I spent Valentine weekend with my boyfriend and we had a wonderful time. The staff members were very nice and professional and the room and hotel was well kept and very clean. We would definitly be coming back.

As a Hilton Family Hotel i received the treatment I am used to as Hilton Diamond elite.

Like most Doubletrees, the bed, cookies and staff was all great.
It's an older Doubletree, the carpet in the hall ways could use some help, other then that things were great.

Not the best Doubletree out there, but still very nice. The staff was all very nice and helpful, even beyond what we've seen at most other doubletrees.

The staff was friendly and the service was excellent.

From the moment we checked in to the time we left, the service was impeccable and the staff was warm, friendly, and helpful. I enjoyed the warm cookies that were offered everyday and the free newspaper delivery to our room every morning. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family.
