The lobby and first impression was great.
The rooms were nice but could use some fresh paint and patches in the celing
Overall this was a great hotel. Met all our expectations. Would stay there again.

Great location; no extra fees.
Older, needs remodel; check-in clerk lied to me.
Excellent location on International Drive, near Convention Center and many restaurants, the Pointe mall, and Sea World, Wet'n'Wild, and Universal. Hotel has neat teeming, but is in bad need of renovation in the guest rooms (hairdryer appeared to be from the late 1980's). Nonsmoking room, but hallway reeked of smoke. Check in clerk made an obvious lie that they were sold out, even though the website and parking lot showed his claim to be bogus. Insisted that all they had left of nonsmoking doubles were handicap-accessible rooms. read more

Location.
Rooms need a bit of updating.
Superior location and perfect service. Although the sleeping rooms are showing some wear, the lobby and other facilities are in excellent condition. Staff is beyond friendly and let's not forget those great Doubletree cookies!

Good location and able to walk to many restaurants.
The hotel was in a good location for SeaWorld. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance. The pool was nice but a bit small. The hotel seemed to cater to the business traveler rather than families.
