I really like the beds they are so comfortable. And they have really nice bath amenities.
The hotel is kind of confusing to get to driving( having to make a u-turn).
This is a great hotel with friendly staff and always really clean! This is by far one of my favorite hotels! The beds are comfortable and I love how the hotel always smells like fresh baked cookies. Is great for both families and couples with all the amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was very nice.
Nothing.
I think a family with children would enjoy the hotel because of the castle decor.

I loved the comfort of the beds.
Some of the furniture was worn or dated in the rooms.
Great hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. Great beds, but some of the furnishings needed replaced or updated.

Convenient location.
The double beds were very much too small!
The hotel has attention to detail that is impressive. We enjoyed the pool and bar area. It was a great price so we liked it.

The way you were treated on arrival - The Bartender - The restaurant Vito's and the rooms.
Not one thing.
This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in the Orlando area. The staff was great the rooms were excellent, the food was super.

Nice rooms, close to Golf Course.
I do not like for room doors to open straight to the exterior of the building.
Nice, clean, newly remodeled, Great staff, Great Spa.

Quick convenient check-in.
Bed a little hard but linens and room good quality.
Very nice. Great price, very comfortable. Location very good since easy access from back roads avoiding high traffic area. Great restaurants easy walk, short drive to parks.

The restaurant Too Tango was great.
I liked everything.
The hotel is conveniently located near Orlando parks and nightlife. It sits on a street that is lined with the best and most fun restaurants and night clubs. The rooms are spacious and the security is comforting. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Close to downtown, sea world and many good restaurants.
Coffee is so bad. They should buy better coffee.
Close to downtown and many entertainment centers, this is a good hotel to stay for vacation. Friendly staff would be a big help for any questions you might have.
