Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Facilities were very well kept and great business center.
There was no jacuzzi/hot tub in the pool area.

This hotel was also convenient to the 294 tollway. The cost savings and pleasant environment at this hotel far outweighed the extra distance from Midway Airport.

The staff arranged 4 rooms together and when traveling with 11 kids that was a big help.

Hotel staff was wonderful and the rooms were great and clean. I felt safe for my 7 month old to be on the floor. When we needed more towels they delivered them to us with in 5 minutes. Overall a great stay!

The hotel was very clean, nice breakfast in the morning.
A bit too much noise and rumble due to construction.

The hotel was very nice, the people at the desk were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel with no problem.

Because of distance the shuttle was key to the whole trip.
The glasses on desk were not used but were dirty and should change after each guest even though looked not used.

Front desk and staff were outstanding all three nights and all but one young shuttle driver black hair and hat were also superb. The only thing missing to put in my Marriott status is a free continental breakfast nothing says value when travelers think there are getting something for free. Pool was spotless and warm.
