The hotel is very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The design of room is very modern. But the bar tender is quite mean.

Very nicely updated, good location, comfortable beds.
Breakfast in hotel restaurant was pricey. In room food purchasing was confusing.

We were very pleased with the updated lobby and very comfortable rooms. Very convenient location and parking next door, with hotel ticket, was reasonable for Chicago. Staff was helpful and price was fair.

Friendly staff, and convenient location.
Several staff members woke us up at early hours.

The rooms were very nice, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, and great location. However, some of the night front desk staff were not very helpful or friendly.

Outdoor pool was great in the summer.
Low water pressure in the shower.

Recently remodeled, very nice lobby and rooms. Beautifully decorated. Amazing outdoor pool. Great hotel, great location.

Location was close to taste of Chicago. We had a view of the lovely pool.
Elevators were a little slow, but it was a busy weekend.

A lovely friendly atmosphere. A nice modern lobby. Quick friendly service. Clean and good smells.
