Comfortable beds, and spacious bath.
Paper thin walls.

The hotel was great, we have stayed there multiple times. Unfortunately we were next to very loud group. All of us were awakened at 2:30 am to loud yelling, arguing and talking. Even after a call to the desk, the noise continued. Had it not been for that incident, I would have given the highest marks possible for our stay at the Doubletree.

Clean ,convient and good area

The staff was fiendly. The outside appearance of the hotel is very nice. I have friends in the area and this is very convient for us. I have stayed here before and so has my famly. I would sugest that you mske reservations as far in advance as possible.

Very friendly and accomodating staff.
The pool could have been a little cleaner.

Great hotel; the price was perfect. The staff was very accomodating when we asked to switch from a King to a double Queen room. The pool was warm, but a little murky. There was no hottub or sauna for those who are used to that when bidding on a 3* hotel. The walls were very thin which became an issue when the drinkers came noisily strolling down the hallways between 2 and 3am! read more

Parking lot is small, limited spaces.

Great hotel at a great price. 17 minutes from front door to downtown Chicago (minus traffic).
