The attendants were friendly and helpful. They accommodated our needs and were happy to help. I loved the cookies they gave us!
The pool was closed but it was because of the cold weather.

We deeply enjoyed our stay at this hotel. They provided some of the best service I have had in a hotel before. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy! I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends. If we are planning on staying in Boise again, we will definitely stay here again!

dining was close
our room was hot took 5hrs or more to cool

when we got there and went to our room, it was 95 degrees outside, the curtains were open and the air condition was never on. it was so hot and smelly. i went and talk to recept. she stated it was the hot side of hotel and the aircondition can't keep up. i stated i guess not especially since it was never turned on. plus the fan speed was on low did not work on high. it took about 5 hrs to cool. very disappointed in the room. it would have been nice if they would have offered us another room or even give us a discount. read more

Incredibly friendly and informed staff. Every employee went out of their way to be of service.

The hotel was conveniently located to the heart of the city. There was transportation available from the hotel to the downtown area if desired. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us, everything from a room on the top floor to an extra cookie! The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful in providing towels for the pool and every employee we spoke with was extremely friendly and considerate. There are restaurants located near the hotel offering a wide variety of menus. The view of the foothills of Boise was fantastic from the room. This is a very nice hotel! read more
