That it had a take out breakfast bar.
The rooms were not ready when we arrived. The excuse was that they were full the night before.

It was clean and it was nice. We were only there one evening.

Rooms needed updating and the hotel was hard to find.

Hotel was acceptable for the price we paid compared to other hotels in Boston. It was a little out of the way from the airport but was within walking distance of the "T". I didn't appreciate having to pay for parking.

I didn't have a car so free shuttle and proximity to T was very helpful.

Great hotel for the price, and very convenient if you don't have a car. They offer a free shuttle to and from the airport, as well as downtown Boston, and public transportation is within walking distance. Beds are quite comfortable.

It was nice but price could of been better but then again it is boston and everything there is expensive.

Extremely far from downtown, no restaurant. Very disappointing.

The complimentary shuttle service was terrible. Overall we were both very disappointed with the experience and feel it was a huge waste of money.

The room service was great and the location was pretty convenient.

Overall, it's a great place to stay. I felt the room service did an excellent job and the location of it was right next to the red line train station, so it was easy to travel back and forth. I had a very pleasant stay there.
