The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful with directions for the city.

Room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for places to order food, giving us menu's and then additionally printing a map for us to find our way back out of the city.

The staff, the door to door shuttle service to all areas of Downtown Boston, help with nearby attractions and restaurants, and friendly assistance.
It was a bit run down (stained rugs, peeling wallpaper).

Absolutely awesome staff, able and willing to go the extra mile. Nice room for the price except for what is described above. Would have been greatly enhanced by a pool, or a general statement upon check-in that the beach was around the corner!

Bedding extremely comfortable.
Unfortunately, my room was next to the elevator which created noise with people getting on and off the elevator during the night.

On the whole, we were extremely pleased. I was traveling with my son, his wife, and their children. Other than the elevator noise, I found both rooms to be quite suitable for the price and the staff was very courteous and helpful. I would stay there again and make sure my room wasn't next to the elevator next time.

Early check-in no problem. Downtown shuttle free. Free cookies.
No pool. No breakfast.

Very nice staff. Clean hotel, and 2 fluffy beds with lots of pillows. Free shuttle takes you downtown and good for swimming and dining. Close to public transport. Free airport shuttle. Everything working properly. Definitely recommend!

The free "business center" with computers and printers was a real plus!
I would have liked to have more info about the hotel's services ahead of time.

We found this hotel really friendly and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and everything was easy to get done.

Rooms were very comfortable and location was great.
No swimming pool and the only food service was a restaurant in the lobby unconnected with the hotel.

My son fell ill during our trip and we had to cut it short by one day.

The rooms were adequate. It was close to a subway stop.
Lots of rowdy, noisy guests.

I would not stay there again. It was evident they catered to a young, immature clientele. I suspect there were unsupervised groups such as college sports teams as guests. I had to call security at 1:00AM to quiet down people in the hall who were obviously intoxicated.
