The staff was friendly and helped me feel at home. The room was large and beautifully decorated. I liked the bathroom and the shampoo, soap, etc.
I have no complaints.

If I get to visit San Diego again I would like to be able to stay at this hotel again. I was alone and had only once before stayed alone and that was more than twenty-five years ago. The staff helped me feel at ease and well cared for. Also I felt as if I was really treating myself to a very restful experience. I felt as if I were very fortunate to get to stay in such a clean attractive hotel. As a result of my relaxing experiencing I was able to go back to work Monday well rested and able to have a nice work week. read more

The bedding and pillows were awesome.
Took forever to get requests done.

The hotel was OK. We arrived very late and it took over a half an hour to get someone to check us in. I tried calling the front desk and no one answered. We had a broken security latch that took them 2 days to fix which is not good with a little children can that open doors and there was not a bathtub stopper. However, the beds were comfortable and daytime staff was friendly. We ordered pizza from the restaurant and it was some gourmet stuff, not kid friendly at all.
