Warm cookies at check-in.
Parking lot full and overflow lot too far shuttle never around.
Too noisy with sports event kids running up and down halls late at night-where's security? Parking lot was too Small for size of hotel,overflow lot was full,too and the available shuttle was nowhere to be found when we need a ride to/from the overflow parking lot, Also, no security watching overflow lot-what's up with that? My car was unsafe the entire stay.

Comfortable in every aspect/
I like the Doubletree brand as much as I like their signature cookies. Very nice property, very well kept and
reasonably close to the airport. The hotel is located in a business center, there is a cluster of small restaurants, café' and sandwich shops within walking distance, the area is pretty deserted after five. The staff is very responsive and courteous. Everybody provided top notch customer service. The room was clean and functional, the beds comfortable. I had a great stay, relaxing and productive. read more
