Very cheap for the quality.
Curtians in our room did not block out the light properly.
Excellent hotel. Very cheap for the quality of the hotel that it is. Close to major freeways and airpot.

Warm cookie when checked in. Big towels.
Parking. Daily $50 charge on card not needed.
Very nice place to stay especially if you get the price you want to stay from priceline. Warm cookie upon check-in is a nice touch. Big towels for the bathroom was awesome.

Old TV, 2 small beds instead of one big one.
The hotel staff was not friendly or hospitable, I had to go down many times to get something (fork, plate, towels) every time I called they were short handed to send someone up. I did not have choice of one decent bed.

Loved this hotel, everything is always clean and nice. The bed is comfortable and the room always smells good.

not enough lights in parking lot
Hotel itself was great, the front desk staff could use some training on customer service. We were not greeted when checking in, never made eye contact. While checking out, we were not thanked for staying there or asked how our stay was. I didn't feel as though our business was appreciated.
