Not enough parking spaces.

Construction in area caused power outage.
Beautiful hotel. Quiet. Easy access from freeway. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Parking was easy.
Room quality.
When I checked in I asked for a room with 2 beds, since I was traveling with children. They would not accommodate me. The room they gave me had such a strong musty odor that it triggered a migraine and I couldn't sleep at all. The next morning I asked to be switched to a different room, which they did, but the smell was only slightly better. My guess is that the hotel had serious water damage at some point and there is a lot of mold and mildew because the odor is very strong. I was not happy with my stay and will not stay there again. read more

Nice people, location, great room for the price.
Poor parking, not enough space to accommodate everybody, no restaurants close by.
Other than the parking and not any restaurants within walking distance, it was great.

The cookies are scrumptious!
The rooms and parking lot were smaller than we were expecting.
The location is great for anyone wanting to go to the beach. At this time there is construction and a bit difficult to get there.

Nice, clean rooms with very comfortable bedding and pillows.
No free or discounted breakfast buffet because booked through third party.
Hotel staff was friendly, an the rooms comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows, and rooms were quiet. Free parking was a plus. Conveniently located by airport, mall, all sorts of dining.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful.
Hotel Was In A Business Park, No Stores Nearby.
I Would Recommend This Hotel To Anyone. The Staff Was Very Helpful And Were Attentive To My Needs.

The yummy cookies at check-in!
Our room only had double beds and they did not have rollways for our kids.
Liked the pool and hot tub. Room was clean. Liked the duck pond outside hotel.

The bed was awesome and super comfortable and the fresh baked cookies were a great surprise!
Liked everything.
Great, highly recommend. Very cozy, clean and comfortable and quiet! The fresh baked warm cookies that they give you at check in was a great touch and very appreciated!
