The room was luxurious, and the staff was professional.
The restaurant felt like a night club, but it was definitely up scale. The pool area was not very appealing.

Since it was just me alone, the stay was fine. My room was incredible and luxurious. There was all down pillows and a down comforter, a large flat-screen, towels were very large. I was very comfortable in the room. However, when I went down to the pool area or over to the restaurant, I felt very uncomfortable. I definitely would not want to take my wife or my children to this hotel because of the environment. The restaurant was very upscale with a full wine menu and prices of $30-$70 per plate. I am sure the hotel will do fine without my business, but I personally would not return, unless it was by myself. read more

Hotel lobby was nice along with fire pit in courtyard.
Slowest elevator Ive ever been in, was scary to ride in.

Very nice and relaxing atmosphere. Loved the cookies, spent a little time by the fire pit and had a few drinks. Everyone seemed pretty basic that worked there..nobody really went out of there way but also weren't rude. I would stay there again.

I would not stay at this hotel again as it was not a 3-4 star hotel at all.
The staff was completely unprofessional and did not provide quality customer service.

The Double Tree was a renovated Holiday Inn or a Howard Johnson type hotel, and was a 2-2.5 star hotel at best.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The decor was retro, very clean and eye pleasing. They have designated smoking rooms. The hotel was minutes from local casinos.

Centrally located, very nice rooms and friendly staff - what's not to like when you get a warm cookie upon check in and a great big smile from the desk attendants! Nice welcome after a long drive.

Location.

Excellent hotel for the price. Room was large and bed was comfortable. Good size flat screen TV and designer coffee in room and free Starbucks in the lobby. Order room service and food was excellent.
