Loved having a couch and coffee table in the room.
The bathroom was terribly small and hard to get around in.

The cookies were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the little snack room where you could purchase individual milk, orange juice, cereal, candy, chips, popcorn etc. anytime of night for a late snack. Loved having a little couch in the room with the Queen size bed. Internet was free. But the bathroom was terribly small and hard to move around in. The bathroom was about the only thing we didn't like about this hotel. read more

Clean and attractive.
Paper thin walls.

It's a very nice hotel with a very nice pool but I would not stay there again. I love animals but don't like being awakened by dogs barking. Kids were a bit noisy but I understand that somewhat.

Back door would not open with a pass key, elevater stop workin in the back end of hotel where our room was.

Even with the miss-hapes nery nice.

Front desk provided bottled water to us when the vending didn't have any.
Extremely trashy and dirty in the common areas.

When I checked in there was plastic draped around the lobby. The outside trash was overflowing and trash was all over the ground. Paper and dirt in the elevator and this was both that night and the next morning. The room was fair, but not a 3 star hotel. The tub was old and worn. The heat pump appeared to be original to the building. The carpet in the room was clean and the beds comfortable. read more

The hotel lobby was very attractive and clean. The restaurant (Porters) was upscale and very good food.
Room was dingy, bathroom tile was cracked, everything in the room looked old.

Rooms were old and dingy with cracked tiles in the bathroom. The rooms were clean though. The restaurant Porters was excellent. Very good service and their steaks melt in your mouth. The entire staff at the hotel was polite and friendly. It was a quiet hotel so you could sleep in.
