I appreciated the friendly service and the warm chocolate chip cookies at check in.
It was difficult to find and the parking was expensive.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The service made up for the overpriced parking and bad location.

The location was prime.
It was further away than advertised and the shuttle was infrequent.

This large property has its perks, nearby public transit, large meeting areas, friendly staff. The rooms were a lot older looking than expected and the cable service selection was atrocious. The beds are little TOO firm and there's an overall lack of newness that drops this hotel to a deceptive 3 star.
