Comfortable beds.
Lighting at the bathroom mirror was very poor. Parking fees add $21 per day to the cost of the stay.
A good choice.

All staff was exceptionally friendly and hellpful. Large rooms and cleanliness.
Prices and limited dining choices.
The hotel was clean and all staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome. All questions were answered quickly. The woman that worked in the consier service went out of her way to ensure that we were able to see all the sights. My husband is in a wheelchair that the bus service couldn't accommodate, so she found a driver who was willing to take us, as needed, to the places we wished to see. read more

The shuttle to the airport and the Metro was quick, efficient and timely.
Lots of school kids messing around and misbehaving in the lobby and on the elevators on Sunday.
Clean, spacious rooms and lobby area. Valet, bell service and desk staff were very good plus and helpful. Concierge was just average for service, and not always helpful or cheerful.

Nice layout and rooms
High charge for parking at the location.
The reason we put a 5 is that there was NO hot water when we woke up on Saturday morning. Also, there was no electricity on Friday evening from 1-5 am. They did tell us about the electricity yet it was muggy in the room. The water was not told to us, and they told us 2x it would be 15 minutes. In the end they comped our breakfast on Sunday morning.
