The most comfortable beds in the world!
The room was often not clean - had dirty glasses, etc.

The room was often left dirty with dirty glasses, garbage not dumped, ice bucket left with old water. However, it had the most comfortable beds, linens and shower as well as a very friendly staff. Also, elevator was quite scary- slow moving and strange squeaks. Outside door was broken as well.

Warm cookies upon arrival, pillow embroidered with sweet dreams on my bed, clean and modern spaces, sunscreen and face scrub in the bathroom.
I liked everything.

This hotel is in a beautiful location close enough to all of the main roads to be very convenient. The furnishings were modern and clean, the entry and lobby immaculate. I was welcomed with warm cookies at the front desk. There was a pillow on my bed embroidered with sweet dreams, which made it feel cozy. Cute couch. The bathroom had face scrub and sunscreen in addition to other usual Neutrogena products. read more

The hotel is beautiful, the public areas and rooms are very nice but rooms had bugs.

The hotel as I said was very nice other than the bugs, the staff on the other hand was not. I am a very nice person, and it takes a lot for me to complain, but every single employee I came into contact with except the maintenance man and a housekeeper was horribly unhappy and rude. The older gentleman that worked the overnight shift and the foreign parking attendant were the absolute worst. I can honestly say that this hotel added tons of stress and ruined a large part of the trip. Never had such a horrible experience in Denver. read more

The lounge/ pool area/ staff was nice.
Did not seem to understand that people do not want to be disturbed when there is a please do not disturb sign on the door.

The convenience to my doctor's office.

There was one very helpful young woman on the cleaning staff who was very nice. The beds are very comfortable. The restaurant is good, but pricey. Nothing special about the rest. I was planning to swim, etc but just did not feel like it.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean and nice.
One of the front desk staff was a little rude and there wasn't anyone to take my bags to my room.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Doubletree Hotel at the Denver Tech Center. The hotel has been recently updated, the beds were fantastic and the room service food (from the hotel restaurant, Zink, was wonderful. There is a coffee shop in the hotel, which was also very convenient. Initially the room was on a ground floor and since all of the rooms have a sliding glass door to the outside (either a small patio or balcony), I felt uncomfortable as a solo woman traveler (who likes to sleep with a window cracked). I asked to be moved and one of the front desk attendants seemed put out, but when I repeated that it was a safety issue, she moved me. This was my only problem, however, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. read more

Great menu at restaurant.
The location of the indoor pool.

Overall was very happy with this hotel. I loved that it was walking distance to the light rail. Just didn't like the location of the indoor pool. The area was open and not private. Everything else was great. Great selections from the menu for room service.
