New, clean room and awesome staff.
You must have a key to ride up the elevators; a bonus and a hindrance.

The Doubletree Downtown hotel is immaculate with friendly staff, free parking, and free high Internet. You even get amazing home baked chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. The location is perfect for downtown El Paso. Large flat screen TV adds much to the comfortable and pleasing room.

Staff was efficient and hotel was pretty clean.
No security on the upper floors and poor monitoring of the garage facilities.

Hotel was for the most part accessible and people friendly the only problem was with the security and garage monitoring.

The view from the top of the hotel. The pool and sunset lounge amazing.
The sheets and noise.

The hotel is worth staying at just for the pool and the sunset lounge. I relaxed all day and evening there.
