The room and hotel was very clean and welcoming. Cookies!
Hotel staff did not tell us any events that would be occurring that weekend or where we could find tourist attractions pamphlets.

The upgrades to 1 king bed on the 3rd floor were very pricey, we were told it was an upper river view but all we could see was the roof and air condition units. The room was pretty standard for a 4 start hotel. The hotel staff was not very helpful when asked if there was anything eventful going on that weekend. We ended up looking up if there would be fireworks for the weekend we were staying. read more

Very clean, nice view and ambiance, friendly staff.
Didn't stay long enough to come across anything I didn't like within the hotel other than the service at the coffee shop in the lobby - wait too long.

I booked this hotel through priceline; so I wans't sure what I was going to get - but I was pleasantly surprised. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff - the room was very clean.

Fairly standard room for star level.

Was clean and nice looking in the common areas. The room was pretty basic for a hotel billed as a 4 star. The location was a bit off the beaten track. Overall a little disappointing.

The pool and spa /sauna were very nice.
The gift shop needs work. I was surprised not to see a microwave or mini-bar.

The hotel is beautifully built. It is comfortable and convenient to the falls and surrounding attractions. The front desk gave us 2 cookies when we checked in. That was nice after traveling and the room had coffee/tea.

Amazing pool, and close to the main strip of Niagara Falls.
No humidity - had nosebleeds even with shower on all night, buffet breakfast very expensive.

Nice place to stay overall in Niagara Falls. It's a little on the expensive side, but well worth it when you compare the prices of other 4 + star hotels in the area.
