People were friendly.
Pool was small and smelled heavily of chlorine.

It was a nice hotel. Had to change rooms because the first room was too hot and air didn't work. Staff gave us another better room right away. Cost twenty dollars extra a night for a falls view room that was blocks away from falls and ten dollars a night to park in the lot. Very comfortable and clean. I would stay there again but wouldn't pay for the upgrade for the falls view.

Very pleasing to the eye, away from all the noise and lights of the Falls area but close enough to walk, pleasant staff, nice pool and outdoor Jacuzzi.
$10 a day parking, there were lots of kids/families in the pool area (though there is a separate swimming area for adults only).

I was extremely pleased with my stay at the hotel. It was nice and quiet; the room was great - comfortable, roomy, clean. Good view of the fireworks at night.

It was a beautiful hotel,nice spacious rooms and comfortable beds.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, while the beds were very comfortable. We all enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. Another highlight for us was being able to watch the fireworks over the falls from the room. I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the room size and swimming pools, had one that was adult only.
No ice or snack machines on every floor.

Very friendly. Loved the outer appearance along with the updated interior. Very family friendly. 4-Star all the way.
