Delicious, warm chocolate chip cookies upon check-in!
Not too close to the location we desired.
From check-in to check-out we had efficient, but friendly service (including a quick response our request for more towels), a clean comfortable room, and a relaxing stay.

Decent indoor pool and fitness center for free. Room was spacious and comfortable.
Hallway was
noisy, could be heard inside room.
This hotel has very friendly staff. The indoor pool and fitness center were free of charge and clean but a little small. They gave us complimentary breakfast on the 14th floor which was great!

Very convenient to Manhattan.
The room was a little small.
If you want to have access to NY, this is a good place to stay. The Japanese restaurant in the hotel is excellent. With a cot and port-a-crib, and a king bed the room was cramped, but otherwise it is very nice.

The bedding is very comfortable & the shower is really good.
The room was not in perfect repair.
This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Last time it was a Hilton and now it is a Doubletree. We really enjoyed the first time, but this time the room had problems. The alarm clock didn't work, the bedside light bulb went out, the bathroom sink drain was broken (annoying for a contact lens user), the printer in the business center didn't work and the air conditioning stopped functioning correctly in the middle of the night. It seems as if they are not as meticulous about maintenance as they had been previously, although the staff is lovely and tries their best. Perhaps they are having transition pains. We would probably stay there again. read more

Best hotel I ever stayed in, in the United States.
My stay was to short.
I highly recommend this for business and leisure travelers around the NYC and Ft Lee area. The staff there was excellent and very courteous. I will stay there again.

Its location worked well for our needs.
They had charges for nearly every "extra" like using a computer in the lobby area.
Good location for access to Manhattan w/o major expense of NYC. I wish that the hotel offered more amenities w/o extra charges.

The only good part of the hotel was the pool.
The room was very dirty.
Will never stay in it again or recommend it to anyone.

Easy accessibility to NYC
Nothing not to like about.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Susan at the front desk helped iron out some mix-ups with my initial reservation and Brian also with the front desk was great helping us with our luggage and arranging for a crib for our baby.
