location, price,pool were excellent
toilet was clogged.

It was inconvenience for us because the toilet was clogged and made quite a mess on the floor. It could have been worse. I just got lucky.

The service and hotel was spectacular!
The internet could've been free.

This hotel was stated as a 3 star hotel. I don't agree, this must be a 5 star hotel. The location is perfect access to the main parts in Miami and appearance of the Hotel is spectacular. This is a must if traveling to Miami. Also, the service was GREAT and you feel important in this hotel. The price is affordable for everything that you get in return. Must see for yourself.

This was one of the nicest stays I have ever had at a hotel and I stay at a lot of hotels! Rooms were great - staff was awesome - I truly enjoyed the hotel and all of it's amenities.

Second bed is a sleeper sofa.

Excellent location, service and amenities. Restaurants available, also there is a café on the ground floor. Beautiful view of the port. I was very pleased with the quality of this hotel.

Did not get the chocolate chip cookie at check-in like all the signs say in the hotel (and try to get you to buy them from Starbucks).

The shower was hot and flowed well.
No better than any other 2 or 3 star hotel.

Overall, the rooms were moderately clean, and the bed was somewhat comfortable. The view was less than spectacular.
