Food and drinks a little pricey.

This was one of the nicest stays I have ever had at a hotel and I stay at a lot of hotels! Rooms were great - staff was awesome - I truly enjoyed the hotel and all of it's amenities.

Rude, abusive, ignorant, and belligerent staff and management. Thirty Dollars for parking. No sound insulation between rooms.

Room was muggy so we cranked up the air.

Overall, this hotel was fine. The room seemed muggy when we arrived, so we cranked the A/C. We also had just one towel, and the staff suggested at midnight that we come down to get more towels. We took some off the housekeepers cart in the a.m. From then on, we had no towel issues. Also, the staff was hit or miss. Some were very friendly and helpful; others were not at all helpful and seemed to be bothered with helping us. We found this all over Miami. Two pleasant women trying to shop to fill a container, and we were either helped very well, or people were rude to us. Is there something in the air or water here? read more

Beautiful location in downtown Miami. Convenient to downtown, Coconut Grove and South Beach. Beautiful views of Biscayne Bay. Parking at $20 per day was added to the bill, and the gratuity of 15% on food in the Bar was charged automatically.
