The service and hotel was spectacular!
The internet could've been free.

This hotel was stated as a 3 star hotel. I don't agree, this must be a 5 star hotel. The location is perfect access to the main parts in Miami and appearance of the Hotel is spectacular. This is a must if traveling to Miami. Also, the service was GREAT and you feel important in this hotel. The price is affordable for everything that you get in return. Must see for yourself.

Second bed is a sleeper sofa.

Excellent location, service and amenities. Restaurants available, also there is a café on the ground floor. Beautiful view of the port. I was very pleased with the quality of this hotel.

Did not get the chocolate chip cookie at check-in like all the signs say in the hotel (and try to get you to buy them from Starbucks).

The shower was hot and flowed well.
No better than any other 2 or 3 star hotel.

Overall, the rooms were moderately clean, and the bed was somewhat comfortable. The view was less than spectacular.

Friendly and efficient staff. Quality, clean hotel.
Only valet parking available--almost $30.00 per night. Long walk and stairs from elevator to guest room.

Hotel is easy to find and is well built, well maintained, and has a friendly and efficient staff. There is no self-parking, valet-only.

Space in room and comfort.
The area is not safe in the evening!

The hotel looks to be in good area during the day but it's not the same in the evening. Care to be outside alone in the dark. We were attacked one night when coming back to the hotel by foot.

Neighborhood under construction.

Friendly staff, clean, quite, restaurants and Newsstand in lobby, vale parking ($24 flat/24hrs), nice rooms.

The cleanliness of the hotel and the secure environment along with the security and amenities offered.
I asked and was told that I could received a king sized bed as it was my wedding night....I wasn't accommodated and when I complained I never got a call.

The location is convenient especially since I was going on a cruise to the port...there is a lot of construction going on in that area and that part of town lacks shops and other businesses that is in other locations. the hotel is clean and comfortable but as far as the service I got it left a lot to be desired. I even tried to get an upgrade but never got a reply.
