The staff was very friendly. Enjoyed the drivers.
Too far from Old Town and too crowded trying to take the shuttle. Each time had to wait for a second shuttle.

The pool area was great, the staff was wonderful. My main complaint is it's just too darn far from Old Town. We, as a family, have stayed not far off Duval for four previous visits, but wanted to scale back this year on expense. The hotel met our needs, but we didn't feel we got a good Key West feeling by being there. We could have been anywhere.

The proximity to the beach.
To far from Duval but they did have a shuttle.

Overall, it was a nice hotel, all Doubletrees are. If you are only interested in the beach, its in a great location but way to far from Duval however, they do have a shuttle that will take you there. The bar is amazing and the pool is clean and family friendly. We were there with our 3 month old daughter and the staff had a great time playing with her and they couldn't do enough to ensure she was comfortable. read more

Hourly Shuttle to Beach Area and Hourly Shuttle to Downtown Duval ST.
Charge 10$ a day for parking.

Great Pool and Spa area, Bar at Pool very good. Restaurant at Hotel very expensive, better get shuttle to downtown where there are tons of places to eat and drink.
