Close to Disneyland, awesome beds, yummy cookies and good room service.
The pool was over chlorinated.

The bed & bedding were very comfortable.
I would have liked to have a room with a better view.
I thought the staff was friendly. The room was clean but the bed was great! I thought the location was close enough to Disney Land, but you still needed a shuttle that cost $3.00 dollars a day. I didn't like that I had to pay $11.00 a day for parking either.

The room was very nice and the beds were really comfortable!
Pool was a little small.
Overall, I had a great time at this hotel. Definately one of the nicer ones that I have stayed with. The hotel staff was very polite and professional. Would definately stay here again!

It was quiet, clean, friendly and close to resturants and attractions.
Charging for parking - especially at their rate for outside with no cover.
It was everything we expected of a Doubletree. We have stayed in other Doubletrees and this was by far the best. However, as I have indicated above, charging for outside parking at $11/day was out of line. That was not in the on-line information we received.

The Chocolate Chip Cookies.
No emergency plan.
The hotel is nice, but the managers and employees have no clue how to handle an emergency in their hotel. At 7:00 am the fire alarm went off, all the guest where told to proceed down the stairs, this was from a recording that was very loud. When all the guest gathered in the parking lot, not one Double Tree in Manager/Employees was to be found, no information, Nothing. So, my husband went to the front desk, and the Customer Service Women said, oh there is a fire on the 6th floor, and if your on the 5th and below you can go back to your room. Well, as we where going up the stairs to our room on the 5th floor 3 maintenance men where running down the stairs, and they said there is a fire on the 6th floor, and not to go up. Needless to say, we left the hotel very unhappy customer and upset that there was not plan in place for customers of the hotel. read more

Excellent new furnishings and bedding. good location next to Disney.
Room was smaller than average.
Conveniently located down the street from Disneyland, great facilities and great rooms. Pool is currently under reconstruction with access to the neighboring hotel pool available until June 2007.

Gourmet cookies at checkin, luxurious bedding.
Bathroom door automatically closed.
Excellent hotel. The warm gourmet cookies served at checkin were the perfect touch. Towels and bedding were thick and luxurious and bed was extremely comfortable.

The room had a fridge, which was not stocked so you can bring breakfast - loved that!
I wish they had told us the price of the parking & the Disney shuttle tickets from the hotel, but both were reasonable and definately worth it.
We were so happy there. The hotel's restaurant's rates were reasonable, although we didn't eat there. Everone on staff was relaxed and happy to help. We'll definitely be back.

Fridge in room, microwave, beds almost like a westin.
Elevators, food was undesirable, hotel staff was
somewhat disorganized.
Great for familes, close to objectives, beds were almost in the same category as the Westin hotels and room accommodations were such that you had options for eating in with microwave and fridge.
