The staff are extremely friendly.
The balcony rooms do not filter sound, extremely loud!

This hotel has excellent staff and amenities, but the setup of the rooms with inward facing balconies is unfortunate. There was a party in the guest area and I could not sleep until after midnight. If you go, select a room without a balcony.

Room had plenty of space to put clothing away, whirl pool bath, cleaned room each day and replenished coffee and tea, front desk gave free cookies.
Internet access is not free.

Rooms are very nice and the sweet dreams bed is very comfortable.The staff was very accomodating and friendly as well.
