Huge room and friendly staff.
Sink broken and handle to TV center was broken.

Pretty nice hotel for the money. Very friendly and informative staff. Rooms are very big with a living room and full kitchen. Had the bad luck of the sink being messed up and a handle to the TV center being broken. But all in all, a nice place to stay. Good for visiting parents at UT or business types!

The living room area with a second flat screen separate from the bedroom.
The shower head did not deliver the volume of water I would have preferred.

This hotel was clean, fresh and well maintained. My room was exceptional. Comparable to 4 and 5 star hotel but half the price.

The servie was phenomenal! If you asked for something, it got done.
The food at the restaurant was just ok and the waitstaff was a joke compared to the others in the hotel.

This hotel is centrally located and convenient to many Austin government buildings. I would definitely stay there again because of the location and great service. However, if you don't have to eat there, opt for the local restaurants.

I can do it in two words - warm cookies.
Paying to park.

Friendly front desk staff. Room much nicer than we had expected. We will use Priceline again.

Beautiful rooms.
No drink machines anywhere and awful parking.

A
true suite. Not just a door between the bed and couch.
Outdoor pool next to restaurant, seemed like a strange design.

Didn't care for the choices in carpet (on the floor, as used on the couch and chairs), but otherwise a very well furnished and maintained room.
