View from my room, room service and convenience.
Parking garage was scary, expensive breakfast and buffet for selection.

Hotel was excellent, cookies were great, nicely decorated and great service.

Bed had bed bugs and I am still in agony.

Bed had bed bugs. Manager waived incidentals but not entire stay and did not seem too concerned about the rash I had broken out into.

They gave away free cookies upon checking in.
I did not like front desk clerks, there phone services, etc.

I often travel with a group and always manages to give me one kings size bed. I have even call ahead to reserve two twins but my request isn't met. The location of this hotel was not great, along with parking, internet, room service, etc.

I left behind 300.00 and when called the desk, they said there was nothing left behind..

The hotel staff was very professional and customer oriented. They did an excellent job.
The parking was a little tight.

It had excellent rooms and excellent service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone need a place in Austin.
