The registrar was as unfriendly as any I've ever seen. My remote needed batteries. When I called they never came, so I was unable to use
TV or watch

Unqualified staff. Unfriendly front desk. The valet was friendly, but was also the bell hop! Called for batteries for remote and never got them, therefore unable to access
TV or a movie. Went down to pool area, but they chose to close early!

We called room service right after we got into the room on July 6th because the carpet in the bedroom suite was soaking wet due to the air conditioner. The front desk said they would send in maintenance to clean the air conditioner pan and dry up the carpet. When we came back to our room the carpet was humid but by the next morning it was wet again. The room smelled like mildew and we felt that it was a health hazard because the carpet is constantly wet. The set-up of the rooms was practical and gorgeous.

This hotel was top notch for the price. The lobby was well decorated and the staff was friendly upon our entrance. The room was sectioned off which let my wife nurse comfortably in the bedroom while my friend visited in the common area. Great hotel experience.

The size of our suite exceeded our expectations.
Parking was a bit expensive and cramped.

The location of the hotel can't be beat. The suites are sizable and offer all the amenities necessary for a week or a weekend trip. The cost of parking could be a bit more reasonable.
