Price, room size and location.

In terms of view and if you wanted to be near Harvard this hotel was great. They did offer shuttle service to make up for access to rapid transit.

Nothing so far! Maybe the thing that breakfast wasn't included and was expensive.

Responsiveness to needs was excellent. If there were a rating higher than 10, I would use it;.
Cann't think of anything negative, forgot to mention the shuttle service was extremely useful and on time.

I rate this hotel as one of the best I have stayed at. Ease of check-in/out, politeness of employees, clean room, dependable shuttle service all contributed to my experiencing Boston. Thank you.
