Classy, clean, comfortable, and quiet.
Disco music in the lounge (in the atrium) until 1AM!

This hotel was situated near Cambridge which was my destination. The room was very clean, well-appointed, the beds were comfortable and warm, and the TV included video games! Other than the 80's disco music going on in the lounge, the accommodations were fabulous. Internet is not free at this location and will set you back $10/day.

Price, room size and location.

In terms of view and if you wanted to be near Harvard this hotel was great. They did offer shuttle service to make up for access to rapid transit.

Entering the hotel I assumed it would be of first class quality and I wasn't disappointed I was pleasantly surprised by the graciousness and the concern of the staff for me as a customer.

The room was pretty.
One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.

In short, this is a beautiful hotel that is run poorly and dishonestly. There is a $30 parking fee, which was not mentioned in any of the paperwork, and my spouse and I came with two cars, which increased the cost of the stay by 50%. Hotel staff was very dismissive of my complaint and made no effort to accommodate me, despite my staying calm and reasonable. I'll certainly will not return to the hotel. read more
