Very nice hotel. Although the price for parking was $30 not $20.
Well it was not a suite just a regular room.

The bathroom sink was missing the stopper and the air conditioner/heater was slightly noisey.

additional parking fee , double billed for parking fee, moldy bathroom, broken pull out couch

While decor was beautiful we found the service and cleanliness lacking. The pull out bed for the couch was broken and it took over an hour for a roll-away to be sent up. There was mold in the tile in the bathroom and pool areas. In spite fo the fact that the payment for the room cleared our account thru priceline even before we arrived, the hotel put a 2 day hold on our account for the room and parking. We paid cash for the parking but were billed for it on our credit card in spite of the fact that we had been given a cash reciept. When we called the hotel to have the situation corrected we were told they could do nothing until we called back and talked to accounting on Monday. read more

The large quite rooms, several elevators, open views, high quality fitness room, very comfortable beds!
No towel racks in the bathroom or hooks by the shower, price for parking garage!

Our room was very quite, we did not hear anyone in the hallway, above or below. We especially loved the space that allowed our family to spread out. Just wish there was a towel hook or rack by the shower, so I didn't have to drape my clothes and/or my towel across the sink and toilet. Getting to this hotel, was not easy even with a GPS. I ran into 2 others in the elevator who had similar problems. We some how missed an exit that was not there in the tunnel, had to drive 5 more miles, turn around and take a tunnel back. read more

Overall appearance and layout attractive. Hospitable staff. Great room layout.
The heat/AC unit seemed very loud throughout the night, going on/off every 15-20 minutes making sleep difficult. Sibling in adjacent room had same.
