Location was great. We walked everywhere.
No Pool.

Rooms were on the small size but were very clean and nicely appointed. The front desk was very helpful as we checked in and offered to make dinner reservations for us.

Location, wet bar, roominess of room, hospitality - the staff was extremely helpful and informative, very nicely decorated
No wireless internet access in rooms, availability of the bar was unclear (hours and that there was one).

This hotel is the perfect place to stay when visiting Charleston for leisure or business. It is centrally located to all major tourist sites. It is spacious and comfortable to unpack in and to come home to, to relax and get a good nights sleep. The staff was extremely helpful from the moment we drove up to the moment we checked out. They gave us very useful and helpful information. Everyone was extremely nice and all of our needs were addressed immediately. read more

Valet parking, radio volume on CD was turned too high when it was returned.

The location was prime, the staff, except valet parking, was excellent and helpful.
