Everything staff, pool, very spacious room, quiet, and
close to everything, Beautiful area of town.
Teen-agers in pool after hours being very loud and I had a young child wireless should be FREE! Trying to sleep.

Great place, with the staff was beyond my expectations. Extended stay due to medical issue and staff at front desk and even housekeeping did EVERYTHING to make mine and my 3 year old sons stay one that was welcoming and comfortable! Only complaint is wireless should be free after all it is in most places. Room service should be a wee bit later!

We love this hotel. It was fabulous! We would definitely stay again.
We don't like staying where a door opens to the outside street level. This kind of room makes a bit nervous.

Fabulous hotel. Great location. Good dining. Great rooms. Very clean. The fridge and stove in room is so helpful. We loved it!

Rooms were huge and comfortable - the hot cookies are a nice treat at check-in.
Parking is bit sparse.

Great value for the money, location, comfort, my kids loved it.

Seperate living room with sofa bed, balcony and
kitchen.
Did not have any problems.

The hotel was amazing! Plenty of room. I have small children, and the separate living area was wonderful so that the kids were nearby yet still not disturbed after going to sleep early. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and well lit. I will stay here again when I return to Charlotte!

The beds were excellent and the showers were nice and hot.
The employees at the desk (at night) seemed distracted. We would have used the kitchen, but didn't want to ask for pots/pans.

A nice place to stay if you won't be spending time in your room. Customer service at the check-in desk had room for improvement, they were distant (not outright rude).

It was a very comforting place after a long travel.
The sheets needed to be newer.

I use to visit this hotel when it was the South Park Hotel. What a fabulous difference. It was well over any expectation I had. Everyone was friendly. The rooms were roomy and clean and the shower heads were very relaxing. As a traveler for business and pleasure I am definitely going to stay here more often. I found my hotel for Charlotte.

The staff was very helpful.
It's a good 5-10 minutes off the interstate making it somewhat unhandy.

Beautiful hotel. 3 stars? Are you kidding me? This far exceeded our expectations and the price was ridiculous!
