Very comfortable pillows and sheets, fluffy thick towels and patio.
Computer room small, computer difficult to navigate with too many ads.

The hotel was nice and clean. It had the appearance of luxury.
Staff is rude and unwilling to assist. No one has responsibility for anything. They always refer you to someone else.

Our experience was horrible. The iron was broke, the light in the bedroom had to be flicked 10-15 times to work and our keys were deactivated before our stay was over. We had to sit the hall for 30 minutes and our hotel door had to stay open for another 30 while the engineering guy tried to figure out what was wrong. We told the manager everything wrong and he said okay. This hotel is nice for people with short vacations and long patience. read more

Location is extremely convenient.
Parking is limited.

Hotel is very nice. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and were very pleased with the amount of room, there were 7 of us. Location is perfect. Always something to do near south park. Only problem was the parking. There was a porches convention and a wedding going on that ate up all the parking and I was forced to park at the back edge of south park mall.
