The beds and pillows were nice. The room was very spacious.
It was raining the night I checked in. Parking was difficult. The doorman later described me as confused. That was not pleasant.

The rooms are extremely spacious and include a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. It is close to the Galleria area of Houston.

The suite was really nice and the kitchen was good and the cookies also perfect.
Nothing.

I really recommend this hotel for the business travelers who are looking for a comfortable space and friendly environment and also for the family travelers.

Ample rooms with comfortable beds.
Some staff not accommodating, some rooms need refurbishing.

A convenient, comfortable place with some room for improvement. The parking facilities not very convenient for the area, and though I used street parking for the convenience, a parking bill was billed to my account when it was not used.

It was a perfect stay and the staff was wonderful. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The warm cookies was always a prefect treat at night.
