Sitting area seperate from sleeping area.
Parking is awkward.

Located close to UK and other cultural activities. Comfortable accommodations with refrigerator, jacuzzi in room. Staff is friendly and efficient.

As a tea drinker, no tea bags were resupplied for my second day.

The suite was arranged well. The shampoos and soaps were hypoallergenic. As a tea drinker, I appreciated the Wolfgang Puck brewer, which allowed me to have boiling water for tea which did not have any lingering taste of coffee in the water. (Most establishments have coffee brewers or hot water pots which were once used to brew coffee.)

Spacious suites and two nice TVs.
Parking and traffic is an issue.

Large spacious rooms with a great jacuzzi tub - real nice TV. Nice location but not an easy in and out and parking can be a bit of a far walk. Great lobby and atmosphere. One of the top places in town and I have stayed in them all over the years of coming to Lexington.

We liked having a Panera next door.
We didn't like it because the horse tours didn't pick us up at the hotel. We had to drive out of the way to catch the tour bus.

The hotel was very nice and had a friendly staff.

The architecture is really very well done.
Paying for wireless in the room (Actually, I just used their business center which is free).

Very attractive interior, great staff and very good restaurant.

Outstanding decor. Staff was excellent and so was restaurant.
I never like having to pay for in room wireless, but at least they had a business center that was free and readily available.

This is a really unique hotel. The New Orleans look and feel is really well done. The staff was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to almost anyone.

Beautiful room--friendly staff upon our check-in.
Waitress in restaurant a little abrupt.

We had a very nice young man to greet and take care of us promptly at check-in. Our room was beautiful and very clean. We had breakfast in the restaurant the following morning--we were told to seat ourselves, but when we started to sit down the waitress told us that table was dirty and were there only two of us--we said yes, so she then seated us against a wall --a little crowded. read more

Very big room, 2 TVs, newspaper, good housekeeping, good front desk.
Charges 9.95 a day for in room internet, I made a complaint and got it for free.

Very nice rooms and public places. Restaurants overpriced as usual, when these hotels will learn to charge reasonable prices for the food and have a full house instead of an empty room. We need smarter food & beverage people. Today's customers will not pay rip-off prices.

The suite of rooms and everything about it.
Nothing.

As stated above everything was excellent, the service, the room cleanliness, and very nice restaurant. Parking was very good, as it was not necessary to have valet parking at $20 a night.
