The look was great of the hotel and the people was kind and friendly as well.
I really can't say anything that I really did not like about the hotel.

The hotel was nice and the time spent there made me feel relax.

They gave me and my boyfriend, complimentary chocolate chip cookies when we checked in. A nice and unique touch!
Bathroom could have been cleaner and the toilet ran every 10 minutes. Very annoying.

Staff was nice and helpful. The bathroom wasn't as nice as I had hoped, but the bed was very comfortable and the rest of the room was clean. The hotel was in a central location and it had a huge sign on the side of the building. Made me easy to find.

The staff, location, cleanliness, and the food.
They said because we booked through you we could not have our king bed. First night we got awful queen bed handicapped - awful.

Other than getting not getting the room we wanted the first night it was great. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and super location.

Nice spacious room with a perfect location.
I studied in the lobby late at night and overheard the staff be extremely unprofessional.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The price was right, the room was nice and spacious, and the location was perfect. The only real complaint was that some (I cannot stress this enough, just two people) of the night staff was less than professional, while everyone else was great.

Convenient, clean spacious rooms, separate living and bedroom areas, friendly staff.

I was traveling with my husband and father in law, so it was nice to have a separate living room area and bedroom area. The rooms were spacious and had lots of great amenities, and the hotel was convenient to downtown and uptown. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
