Its a very nice hotel and not too expensive.
Nothing.

It’s very nice and the pictures don't do it justice. This hotel is close enough to the main center of the city that it does not matter. The whole city is sky-walked anyway so cold weather is not a problem. Its in a very nice area, people were very friendly, dressed nice, and I liked being there. I would love to go back again and would stay there.

Located right by the Brit Pub, great place.
Interiors were outdated. WiFi in rooms was additional charge.

Friendly staff, but outdated interiors. Room corridors are dingy. This hotel could benefit from making it's high speed internet connection free in the rooms; this is especially attractive for business travelers. A good hotel if you do not intend to spend time in your room; beds were comfortable enough and clean.

Wireless Internet in Rooms is a extra charge. Pay to park in hotel lot.

Nice hotel, little spendy. Friendly staff, the comfort of the beds could of been better. Was a hassle to go to the lobby when you wanted wireless internet, didn't like the extra fee you had to pay for internet in your room.

I did not get free wireless internet that many hotels provide nowadays as complimentary.

The hotel stay is great. I would expect the hotel to provide some free water and internet in the hotel rooms.

Clean lobby.
Staff was extremely helpful till the night shift came in.

Had to switch room 3 times to get a clean, non smelling room. The 1st 2 rooms smelt of industrial cleaners and urine.
