They gave me and my boyfriend, complimentary chocolate chip cookies when we checked in. A nice and unique touch!
Bathroom could have been cleaner and the toilet ran every 10 minutes. Very annoying.

Staff was nice and helpful. The bathroom wasn't as nice as I had hoped, but the bed was very comfortable and the rest of the room was clean. The hotel was in a central location and it had a huge sign on the side of the building. Made me easy to find.

The staff, location, cleanliness, and the food.
They said because we booked through you we could not have our king bed. First night we got awful queen bed handicapped - awful.

Other than getting not getting the room we wanted the first night it was great. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and super location.

Convenient, clean spacious rooms, separate living and bedroom areas, friendly staff.

I was traveling with my husband and father in law, so it was nice to have a separate living room area and bedroom area. The rooms were spacious and had lots of great amenities, and the hotel was convenient to downtown and uptown. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Charging for parking at a ridiculous rate of $17 for less than 8 hours.

Staff was very friendly and helped as needed. We had to pay an additional $17 for parking and when we went up the ramp there weren't any spaces available.

Rooms were clean and the adjacent parking.
The room service trays never were picked up from in front of entrance.

I was very impressed with the updating that has been successfully accomplished. Kudos to Doubletree.

The hotel was in a nice location. We used it as a last minute mini getaway! It was great!
I did not like that the parking was so expensive. I would have to pay $20 for parking.
