I did not like that I had to pay for my breakfast there.

I was under the impression free breakfast was included in my price of the hotel since it was listed as an amenity. Needless to say, we at there three times and found out from one of the hotel staff that we needed a voucher to eat there. I was very disappointed this was not included in the price of my stay especially since it was an amenity listed.

The suites with divided bedroom/parlor areas and pull out bed.
Service and cleanliness were just very mediocre.

Parking late was a little unnerving since the parking lot was not very well lit and you had to park and enter through a back entrance. It felt very unsafe. The bedding and linens were very clean but the tub and counter where the microwave/coffee maker were located seemed worn a little dirty and maybe in need of an upgrade. The hotel served my purposes just fine for this trip, but I didn't consider it to be a 3 to 3.5 star level. read more

Very stylish and upscale with all the conveniences one could ask for.
Not pet friendly.

We were very pleased and delighted with the room. It was a very comfortable, well equipped suite that made us fell important as guests.

Big comfortable and clean bed.
Lots of sugar, no creamer, poor service.

Overall we liked this hotel although we arrived late and were not able to try out the pool or restaurant. The bathroom is just okay nothing spectacular. We wanted to make a cup of coffee and found lots of sugar and no creamer. We called housekeeping for some but it took about 20 minutes for it to arrive, by that time our coffee was cold.
