Two room suite accommodations give plenty of space for a family.
Could use a little improvement on cleanliness. Some wallpaper peeling in room.

Great value for the price. The front room of the suite can get noisy at night because it faces to atrium lobby, but the bedroom is nice and quiet in the rear of the suite. Comfortable bed.

Beautiful lobby and common area.
Very noisy late into the night, staff not helpful.

This hotel was impressive walking through the door, but it was disappointing after that. All three nights that we stayed, there were large groups (high school soccer teams, wedding, parties) that were loud and disruptive well past midnight. The open atrium of the hotel is very pretty, but it also allows the sound from the lobby to travel to the rooms. The doors to the rooms are not at all effective in dampening the sounds from outside the room. When we complained to the front desk about the noise, the staff apologized, but that was it. They did not offer to help and did nothing to remedy the situation. Overall, this hotel is nice to look at, but it was too noisy to get a good night's rest. read more

This one of the best places I've ever stayed. It's a beautiful place.

Wonderful experience. Fabulous rooms and extremely friendly staff. Loved every minute, hated to leave.

I enjoyed the size of the room, and the friendliness of the staff.
I think debit holds at time of check in should be credited back within 2 business days, not 5.

The hotel has a very friendly staff that is very accomodating and helpful. They are always there to answer and help quickly.

Staff, breakfast, lobby, and room were better than expected.

Very nice hotel, clean and friendly. Room was better than expected and quiet. Nicest bed I have ever slept on. Didn't use the pool but it looked well cared for. Ate dinner and breakfast (was given a free breakfast at check-in), both were excellent.
