Clean and nicely designed interior.
Our room had a conference table in it, no view, and dirty windows.

Close to fwy, police station, and within walking distance to beach and promenade.
I hate the self-parking fee and tremendously expensive room service in every hotel!
It is immediately off 10 fwy, diagonal to police station, and a 10 minute walk to the beach and 3rd St. Promenade. Best hotel gym I've seen with sauna and shower, attached to jacuzzi and pool. Has jazz lounge, restaurant, sm. deli, and gift shop. Unfortunately, room service ends at 11. If you get hungry after that, you have to leave to find food in the area, which may/may not be worth it. Room had two doubles, but would have been way too small a room if more than two people occupied it. read more

Spacious rooms!
Close enough to everything by car, sort of close enough by foot but not close enough.
Attractive hotel very close to freeway on 4th. Loved the size of the rooms, but pretty much no view. Valet parking was only $4/day higher than self park, not including tips. Would have preferred to self park for free though. Pool is a bit small and not enough chairs and chaise the two times we were at the pool. Great fitness room.

Room was big! 2 distinct rooms, then I loved the Wolfgang Puck coffee and coffee maker in the room,
Having to pay 18$ for the parking.
Very comfortable, clean, practical, and nothing warm or fancy.

Overall it was nice.
Cost of parking was ridiculous. The Courtyard cost nothing.

The price i paid for the Hotel was an exceptional value until you add in the parking fee of $18.00 a night. When you're checking in and find this out it's a little late. This ruined an otherwise perfect stay.
