The cookies, shuttle and the fitness center.
Room and lobby was dated, needs to be remodeled, and new furniture/decor.

This hotel was fine for its purpose. I liked that I didn't have to rent a car because the shuttle was able to take me to most places I needed to go. The exterior wasn't that attractive - blue & yellow. Please update the lobby.

Nice, spacious room, comfortable bed and
room with TV.
Handicap room is required, however, I'm not handicap. Toilet and shower was highly inconvenient. Wireless Internet didn't work well in room.

Hotel was very nice looking on outside and inside. I was impressed with look and comfort. Room was very spacious and inviting. Loved the flat screen TV's in both rooms. Kitchenette was a nice touch. Bed was very comfortable and it definitely helped me sleep well. Definitely would stay here again.

very pleasant staff wonderful location.
Need more smoking rooms.

The hotel was one of the nicest hotels I,ve been in . It was the first time I've stayed in the Doubletree. I loved the sleeping pill the gave me which was a top of the line Chocalate Chip cookie. I will use this hotel again when
I travel to tampa .

The bed was very comfortable.

The Doubletree is easy to find and has a very relaxing setting by the water. The staff is friendly and helpful with directions. The suite was very comfortable.

The bed was comfortable.
I had a non smoking room and my room smelled like smoke.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but I arrived at the TPA airport after 11:00 pm which is when the hotel van stops running. The taxi ride was $15. My bed was very comfortable, but even though it was a non smoking room, it smelled like smoke.
